Strength In Action gives you simple workouts, real accountability, and a community of women who understand exactly what you're working through. I'll bring the structure. You just have to show up.

  • Simple strength workouts. Posted regularly and built to work at home or at the gym, with whatever equipment you've got. You'll always know what to do that day.
  • A monthly live Q&A with me. Bring whatever you're stuck on, training, nutrition, mindset, and I'll answer it live.
  • A private community. A group of women cheering each other on. This is the part that keeps you going when motivation dips.
  • First look at challenges and offers. You'll hear about what's coming before anyone else.

How much time does this take?

As much or as little as you want. Most women fit in a few short strength sessions a week.
