What makes your coaching different?

I provide a high level of personalized support so you never feel like you’re doing this alone. Along with regular coaching calls and check-ins, you’ll have access to community challenges and unlimited messaging for ongoing guidance. My goal is to ensure you feel supported, accountable, and confident every step of the way.

How does your nutrition coaching work?

My nutrition coaching focuses on balance and sustainability rather than restriction. You’ll learn how to enjoy your favorite foods while building realistic habits that support your goals. Together, we create a flexible plan designed for long-term results — not temporary extremes.

How are workouts customized for me?

Every workout is designed around your fitness level, goals, and any injuries or limitations. I review video submissions to assess form and make adjustments as needed. The result is training that feels safe, effective, and aligned with your progress.

Do I need access to a gym for strength training

Not at all. Your plan is built around your lifestyle and available equipment, whether you train at home, in a gym, or while traveling. The goal is to make your program realistic, accessible, and easy to stay consistent with.

Do you work with both men and women?

Yes. While many of my clients are women, I work with both men and women who are ready to build strength, improve their relationship with food, and develop sustainable habits. Every program is personalized to your goals, experience level, and lifestyle.

Do I have to track my food?

Tracking is a tool we can use, but it’s never required. The focus is building awareness around your eating habits in a way that feels supportive and sustainable. Whether through tracking, mindful eating, or another approach, we’ll choose what works best for you.

How much time will I need to commit?

Most clients complete 3–4 strength sessions per week while incorporating simple nutrition and mindset practices into their routine. Your plan is fully customized to fit your schedule and goals, so it feels realistic and sustainable.

How much does it cost?

Programs begin at $299 per month, with options based on the level of support you’re looking for. During your free discovery call, we’ll discuss your goals and determine the best fit for you.

How often do we meet for coaching calls?

Coaching calls are held weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs and preferences. These sessions give us space to reflect, work through challenges, and keep you aligned and progressing toward your goals.
