Hi, I’m Stacy J. Franqui. I’m a military spouse and boy mom who spent years convinced I’d finally feel happy and confident once I got back to my pre-baby body. What I didn’t know was that my strongest, leanest body was still ahead of me. Going back to the basics, strength training, simplified nutrition, and mindset work, taught me that imperfect progress beats perfect plans every time. I stopped guessing and started trusting the process.


With 20 years of experience as a personal trainer, physical therapist assistant, and board certified health and wellness coach, I help driven women build the strongest, most confident version of themselves. I’m especially passionate about working with female veterans and military spouses who need support getting strong and lean wherever life takes them.
