I work with women who have done the programs. They know what clean eating looks like. They can follow a plan for 6 weeks. The problem is what happens after that. Life gets busy, they miss a few days, and the all-or-nothing thinking takes over.

That’s where my background sets me apart. With over 20 years in personal training, physical therapy, and health and wellness coaching, I address both sides of the equation. The physical side, building a strong, well-fueled body through strength training and simplified nutrition. And the behavioral side, identifying the thought patterns and perfectionism that keep talented, driven women stuck in the same cycle. What I’ve learned is that setbacks aren’t failure. They’re your brain trying to protect you, and an opportunity to learn about yourself.

The women who get lasting results aren’t the ones who never struggle. They’re the ones who stop judging themselves every time they hear “here I go again” and learn how to recognize what’s pulling them back, quiet it, and keep going anyway. Showing up and doing something will always be better than doing nothing.
