About me

Hi, I’m Stacy J.

Health coach and personal trainer.

I’m a board-certified health and wellness coach with over 20 years of experience helping women improve their relationship with food and fitness while building strength, health, and confidence.

Credentials: Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBHWC), Certified Master Nutrition Coach (PN2), Certified Personal Trainer (NPTI), & Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

Before coaching, I was a competitive marching arts performer with the Santa Clara Vanguard, Concord Blue Devils, and San Jose Raiders, and a cast member of the Tony and Emmy Award-winning Broadway show, Blast!

I’m also a mom of two boys and a proud U.S. Army military spouse, which means I understand firsthand what it takes to prioritize your health in a busy, demanding life.

Who I Work With

Women who run the meetings, manage the household, and still feel like their own health is the one thing they can’t get under control. You’re not starting from scratch. You know what you should be doing. You’ve probably done it before and done it well. But somewhere between the demands of work, kids, and everything else on your plate, your health keeps ending up at the bottom of the list. You start strong, life gets busy, and before you know it you’re starting over again.

MY WHY

It started with a passion for movement and grew into something deeper.

I grew up in the performing arts, where a woman’s body is constantly scrutinized. For years, I believed smaller was better. Even after having babies, my goal was to get back to my pre-baby weight as quickly as possible, because that’s what I thought health looked like.

Building muscle changed everything.

As I got stronger, I had more energy, more confidence, and a completely different relationship with food and my body. I was experiencing body recomposition, losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time, and the scale wasn’t telling the whole story. That was the moment I stopped chasing a number and started trusting the process.

When Covid hit, I was furloughed from my job as a PTA. Instead of waiting to go back, I pivoted into personal training and built my online coaching business from the ground up. I watched so many women stuck in all-or-nothing cycles, and I knew exactly what they needed, because I’d lived it myself. Most women think they just need a better plan. What they actually need is to understand their own behavior well enough to recognize their patterns and start changing them in a way that doesn’t feel extreme or threatening. That’s when I stepped fully into coaching, and it’s the reason I do this work.

What Changes When You Work With Me

Most women come in bracing themselves. They’ve been here before. They know how to start. What they’re not sure of is whether they can stay.

What’s different this time is the relationship. When you have someone in your corner who genuinely knows you and meets you where you are without judgment, the hard weeks are where the real work happens. You can be honest about the hard weeks. And instead of that being the moment you quietly disappear, it becomes the moment you get back on track.

Confidence doesn’t come from losing weight. It comes from making choices that match the woman you’re becoming.

By the end you’re not just stronger and leaner. You’re the woman who knows how to take care of herself even when life doesn’t slow down.

Build muscle.
Simplify nutrition. Strengthen your mindset.
That's what makes change last.
