Stacy J Health Coaching, LLC operates an SMS messaging programme to communicate with clients and prospects who have opted in. Message types include: appointment confirmations and reminders, programme onboarding and check-ins, follow-up to enquiries, programme and challenge launches, special offers, and event invitations. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Stacy J Health Coaching, LLC at the phone number you provided. Message frequency varies depending on the messages you have consented to and your interaction with our services.
You can opt out of all SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. We will send a single confirmation message that your opt-out has been processed, after which you will not receive further SMS messages from us.
