How does your nutrition coaching work?

My nutrition coaching is about finding balance and sustainability. You’ll learn to stop cutting out your favorite foods and instead build a way of eating that feels enjoyable and realistic. I help you understand that while extremes might work temporarily, they don’t lead to lasting results. Together, we’ll create a plan that supports your goals without relying on rigid rules or restrictions.

How are workouts customized for me?

I design workouts with careful consideration of injuries, limitations, pain, weaknesses, and your fitness level. Using video submissions, I analyze your movement to ensure proper form and address any issues. My goal is to create workouts that you enjoy, feel confident doing, and that align with your goals.

Do you work with males and females?

Yes!

Do I need access to a gym for strength training?

Not at all! I design plans that fit your lifestyle, whether you prefer working out at home, in a gym, or while traveling.

Do I have to track my food?

Tracking is one tool we can use, but it’s not required. The goal is to build awareness around your eating habits in a way that feels right for you. Whether that’s through tracking, mindful eating, or other methods, we’ll find what works best for you.

How much time will I need to commit?

Most clients dedicate time for 3-4 strength training sessions per week and incorporate simple nutrition and mindset practices into their routines. We’ll customize your plan to fit your schedule and goals.

What results can I expect?

Results vary, but many clients experience:
